Hey there,I am looking to start acquiring rental properties in Indianapolis and wanted some feedback on where I should/shouldn't be looking and any other advice that might be useful.

I currently invest in northern Indiana (South Bend area) and I am looking to start in the Indianapolis area.

I gave my own specific example of one of my properties (Indianapolis) and this is what I was asking forhttps://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/12/topics/1203206-quest...Notice who comments, especially the one who says "tons of examples of 1% cash flow" but can't name one. 

Even I was close to a  fabulous house but the inspector was so thorough and he mentioned Wood Destroying Organisms and we found so much termite infestation in the attic etc that I decided it was too much work and moved on:)

I invest in the San Francisco Bay Area and Indianapolis area.
