Hi @George GaoThere are some hilariously old-school ways to deal with collecting rents.

Yet, we have a guy who comments snarky things all day on a forum and you fully support and he is your “ favorite “ Loll Jim's posts are hilarious, if you read enough of them you'll see he's quite the creative writer who brings levity to serious topics.

I realize now how hilarious that thinking was.

I do find it kind of hilarious that Marriott is positioning itself as competing with AirBNB, since IMO all Marriott is doing now is offering stand-alone hotel rooms (which will undoubtedly be priced accordingly), while AirBNB/VRBO are still focused on the individual owner-operator.
