All that to say, don't be afraid to block out the noise here, and elsewhere and trust what the step will do for you and your situation specifically.But overall it was the best decision my wife and I ever made, and has led to more and more as time goes on.

The ones I have heard of/tested are as follows:Beyond Pricing, PriceLabs - are automated pricing toolsLodgify - is strong in website development (if you want to drive direct bookings) but from what I viewed are not as strong in the management toolsYourPorter - Cleaner communication toolOneRoofTop - decent tool set, heavy lifting, questionable sustainabilityMyVR - expensive but decent tool setBookerville - their customers love them, their technology appears to be old school (so does their name)I too am on the hunt for a solution because I want to become more passive, moving away from the daily grind of working "in" my business so I can work "on" my business.

hi all, i’m newish to BP boards, thank you in advance for sharing your opinions + experience.i’m looking for opinions about how helpful an additional sleep number is in the income + rentability of an str.i’m potentially purchasing a 3 bedroom, 2 bath property which i will STR + also live in part-time.ideally, i’d like to have:*a king bed in the master bedroom*a queen bed in one bedroom*a queen memory foam pullout sofa in the third bedroomthis would be a 3 bedroom that sleeps 6this is my preference for:*general look of the house / not a house full of beds*number of guests/noise/cars*septic*would allow me to create a cute ‘chill out’ space in an extra bedroom-sized nook elsewhere in the house, which i think would be appealing to travelers.

The 2nd image shows a pump that is actually a grinder and with the correct pump you can grind nuts, bolts and nails.
