Stop thinking cash flow and think wealth building, right now you losing $600 a month at least and when stuff break they won’t give you a break, our tune is limited on this planet so make what you can sooner than later

We can't take a house nor the money with us when we leave this planet and as long as I have one meal a day and a dry cardboard box to sleep in I don't worry about material things nor money.

I see support and responses promoting the mid west but I'm here to tell you the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

While $800 does not seem like a lot of money, I can think of a lot of ways I could spend $800 rather than having to pay the $800 and that is why so many people on this planet make tons of money, but they are still broke, or could have done so much better.

There are investors all over the planet killing it in their market.

Don't make a purchase until you are so positive you are buying the best deal you can where you don't need to ask for advice because no real estate broker represents you and you should not trust advice from friends, relatives, attorneys, or any person this planet.

I think the raise is completely reasonable, especially given the level of service they have received this past year.As some of you have warned, if this increased rate further entitles them to call on more minor issues, I think I'll have the "come to Jesus" meeting with them to either set their expectations more realistically or seek greener pastures. 

If that condo collapse did not tell everyone on the face of the planet that inspections are critical and HOAs don't always do the right thing at the right time, then just go home.Your buyer isn't under contract so you have nothing. 

Keep in mind that the grass is never greener : )  Not sure why you are making this move but first and foremost be sure it is for the right reasons. 

The second property might as well have been on a different planet.
