What everyone else said above is accurate and all types of RV parks are more management intensive than a MH park, but to a varying degree depending on the type.

There is 0 requirement of this as a fiduciary to seller and anyone with any law degree should well know this. 

If you live in warmer places this probably isn’tAn issue as much but I’m done with the variable factor of tenants putting the heat on 80 degrees and then leaving windows open when it’s -25 out.

U still need the human element in the woods be hard to have robots out there walking up and down 10 to 30 degree pitch's where feller bunchers cant work and the trees still need human fellers to cut them down..
