@Sean Gammons I love house hacking and would absolutely do this every 12-15 months if my partner wasn’t totally against moving frequently.

My problem is that every six months I have to move (summer season North Carolina, winter season Florida) so I can't use first home trick.

Don't buy it - it's a normal marketing trick to get your listing.If he'd had a buyer- he'd try first to negotiate his commission.

On getting kicked out, you won’t know like you said but most of the time those take months and from my experience, wasn’t super frequent for the military to just boot people out.
