I have taken many walks by the Falls in the winter and there are very few people around. 

Very keen on meeting like minded REI people. 

They sell you a package to enter and then find you people to stay and never paid you back!

His program taught me everything I needed to know, I met a ton of people, and found a partner.

People start moving in with their TOH homes (back in the day when everyone could afford one) and the park starts to fill up. 

I just dont understand how people are buying at such low caps ?

I can see how an application fee per person can be a deterrent for applicants in my case whether for more upscale rentals people may see it as more normal.I am starting off as a non-refundable fee and measure the resistance, then adjust if needed.
