@Nick Cascio- thanks ...its  common to see partners buy using the LLC format .....its also  common to see partners buying in just their own names ....either way you will want to have all the bases  covered  in writing so there are no major issues  down the road

Hi BP Community - does anyone have attorney recommendations that can assist (or prior personal experience) in Wyoming with self-directed IRA LLC formation?

The type of attorney to talk with about an LLC is estate planning or business formation. 

We didn't even finish the lessons( which are a completely different Format and way of doing it then the you tube, podcasts, and package.

I made my own to calculate what i wanted to know and format it how i wanted.  

Bigger Pockets is one of the best formats for this because you can go to a QIs profile page and scroll down to the bottom to the reference section. 

If you have any business entity that declares any purpose of its formation is to lend or purchase mortgages or deal in mortgages, that is a business purpose, that means a license.
