Smaller local offices with lower overhead and their finger on the area close to them will lower their sales commission a bit .

I actually have my first tenant that passed pre-screening and am touring them the property Friday... fingers crossed!

As far as what we are looking for... well (crossing fingers) we are hoping to find a mom & pop RV park that may need a good sprucing up that is in an area that attracts either workers, travelers or both.

Still, you shouldn't have to cross your fingers that you get the good agent on chat when you need help with banking.As far as the actual accounting services, there are more problems.

It's a shame when someone falls flat on their face, "forgets" to pay the IRS and then needs to search for money and scape goats and starts to point fingers but it's part of the lovely open forums and social media we all have access to so do your own due diligence.  

Invest the profit into the stock market and get 6-10% return on my money without lifting a finger but taking on the additional tax burden of the profits?
