For some extra context, their lease expires in about 5 months, so this landlord transition happened midway through their leases. 

Not to say you cannot do well, but it’ll take some extra TLC. 

There are a lot of EXTRA costs in CA in general, and the federal government as well.  

For me at least, doubling my profit is well worth the extra two months of expenses on the market.

But there's something else that many people don't realize: these loans  "constant recast" during the interest-only period.For example, if I make an extra $400 payment one month, my interest-only payment will decrease the following month.

I plan to pull a standard lease agreement from the Florida Supreme Court website and review it with her next week.I have received a new job opportunity where I will be making an extra 40k annually and must move out of my home quicker than I initially expected.
