First, explode all school districting and end public school monopolies.

Obviously both these scenarios present two totally different outcomes so I'm just trying to officially figure out what it is so my brain doesn't explode.

We have so many options and my head wants to explode. :)  We can pay the 25% down payment with stock investment money and get a traditional mortgage on it, but this seems the least attractive because I'd prefer the stocks to stay put. 

Thankfully we had a contractor that friends of ours had used to do similar work, so we were incredibly lucky for that, meaning there was some trust in the contractor from the get-go, translating to less stress.The housing market explode over the course of the rehab, which drove home prices up higher than we expected.

The guy downstairs was gone for a month, and over that month - sewage had exploded out of the toilet and was everywhere!

These always catch me momentarily and make me wonder if this is a neighbor telling me the house exploded or collapsed in a sinkhole, but I know if I respond it will be spam to buy the house.These seem new. 

Used to be no one said anything about ESAs or service animal, but in 2019 I saw the ESA trend explode.

I'm fortunate that both of these properties are located very close to downtown, so the location is worth investing in, and real estate in the area has exploded these last few years.
