Investment product marketers who claim to be GPs, GPs who claim “ownership”, insurance salesman who claim to be “financial advisors”, people who attended an executive training program claiming to have an MBA, what ever happened to honesty?  

It’s all about learning as you go.Education-->Conviction-->Execution! 

His reputation in the real estate world is garbage and he loves to say he does not trade time for money yet to find, purchase and renovate over 700 properties, deal with Section 8 tenets, time spent dealing with lawsuits etc he is doing exactly that. 

I don't eat out a lot or go on fancy vacations (I do travel), I don't buy a new car every 4-5 years (I do keep it up, but my first car was ~20 years old when I traded it in this spring). 

@Cliff Benner and @Mitchell Gunlock  The very best place to find RV parks for sale are at trade shows.

Always curious how others weigh that trade-off.

There is some room for creativity here, but it takes careful planning and execution, and there is only so much you can push it before crossing the line from aggressive but legal to reckless and punishable.GROUP 2: Tax strategies that do not belong on the EOY to-do listForm an S-corporation.

Not to mention way to complicated to realistically execute.  

I personally HATE maintenance, so i find jazzy ways to "trade" that with tenant.
