Hi @Lolo Druff, @Nicholas L. referenced my previous post about buying out of state - I've had mixed results in Indianapolis metro area, Class A (nice suburb, great schools) rental has done well but Class C has been a huge headache (repair costs, stolen AC unit, attempted break in).

Right now this sounds like most of the HOA's that we all hate that issue random fines for no real reason, and then attempt to justify it with their bass ackwards logic that they are actually somehow doing us all a favor.I'm not a lawyer, but I would imagine you could also open yourself up to legal action.

You get to make offers on your own and potentially save on buyer's commission.I wouldn't recommend if you already have an active income that is serving you well because it would be better to invest time in that endeavor if that's the case.
