@Jackson Pudlo you'll have a better chance of success managing a unit right next door and learn a lot.Versus...Buying a rental in a few years that not near you.One of the biggest mistakes newbie investors make is not paying enough attention to their rentals because they are too busy with family & work.You really won't be able to ignore a rental next door to you!

So the big advantage of turn key is that you get a property that the property management company knows inside and out to eliminate negative surprises and you are getting a great management company and a good, qualified tenant from the start.  

My listing is 4 bed 3 bath single family and they were able to book it for cheap due to number of people sliding scale discount I applied by mistake as a first timer on the platform Will closing my bank account prevent them from holding me responsible for guest's relocation fees??
