Specifics are:- 4200 SQFT - 3 stories with a rooftop deck- Elevator- 5 Bedrooms- 5 Full baths, 2 Half baths- Requires 30 FT Pilings- Block construction- Impact windows- Retail price point of $2.5MM+We are in the process of obtaining GC bids and are looking at experienced contractors with solid track records.

We need the below:Site plan- Floor plans, exterior elevations, preliminary structural design, building sections, preliminary cabinet layout andelevations, preliminary interior elevations- -dimensional exterior and/or interior renderings depicting the proposed work.

My thoughts -- There's a ton of stuff you "could" do; whether or not you "should" do it will depend on some market factors.Mainly, will more curb appeal elevate rents to a level that they will create a positive ROI?
