Yes, electronic is nice but half of my tenants pay check, money order and sometimes cash.

They e-mailed a electronic copy of the Articles which was very basic and said that was it besides the LLC-12 within 90 days. 

Also I'm not looking for electronic or wifi connected, just a mechanical unit.
