I have several out of state and am currently seeing Charlotte, NC (where I now live full time) taking off from a long term growth perspective and fitting your metrics.

My gut says I need to cut off of this deal,  but curious to get your perspective.

But again, coming from a customer perspective, the "give me money and I'll put you on my schedule" thing means I am not hiring you.
