I REALLY need this to work, I have so much $ into this, October my 9 year old daughter was diagnosed with Kyphoscoliosis and the bills are overwhelming and my husband got laid off New Years Eve!!

Pay it, and be grateful my tenant had heat on a cold holiday, after having the power out for two days over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (we had a really bad winter storm and a huge area was without power for several days), or call the company and try to negotiate the cost down a bit, because the tech was not there for two hours (their shop is 10 minutes away), while trying to maintain a good working relationship with them?

What type of commercial did you eve ritually want to go into ?

We went under contract on Christmas Eve.  

Many a forest fire out west has been started by a knucklehead trying to burn Wasp nests out of their eve's..  

They believe that it caught the juniper tree on fire that caught the eves on fire (versus the fire department thought the eves were the original source of the fire and had burned the juniper).Even though we had a tenant that followed our rules (our old rules that we grand fathered them in), our units are out of commission due to having smokers in one of our units. 

Yeah that's the plan, I should have clarified the paint, it has asbestos siding that's in decent condition which I don't want to touch, but the eves are starting to peel so they need to be scraped and painted, I didn't get a quote or anything but figured it wouldn't be more then that, and I have painting guys that's pretty good so not to worried

Some of the issues im concerned with are wood single pane windows with old termite damage ( house was tented 4 years ago no active issues) water damage on eves of roof from rotten gutters. ( should I repaint this before they come out?

Roof construction was different back then, so often there isn't proper venting under the eves and on top for air flow.

I've had an instance where I've had a no heat call on New Year's Eve.
