Often times in the first contact the prospect asks if there is oil heat,  then they decline to even look at the place.We've done about a dozen conversions to gas heat ranging from about $3,000 to $6,500, some included duct work, gas hot water heaters and central air.

It is my understanding that they have developed a system for both heat & air that basically has no duct-work.  

Everything was taken out of the crawlspace too - furnace, ductwork, everything gone. 

I don't know about ductwork, but they needs new heat pumps.

If we could see a picture of the outside, may be able to confirm this or understand the high quotes.Not sure what part of the plumbing is adding into the HVAC estimate, and what is involved with the HVAC (New Duct Work) but this quote could be high or low depending on whats involved.The kitchen estimate seems really low to me.

Sounds like a simple fix with a few sheet metal screws and aluminum tape.Why are you replacing duct work?

An active lab would require the furnace/ac to be replaced, all drywall, possibly even the ductwork.

The hvac was running at the time of the fire so I assume the system and duct work needs replacing too.

When we did it we removed the duct work from our "granny flat" and replaced it with a mini split unit.

I need help and a solution to get magazines and bags that are 6 feet stuck inside a vent ductwork.
