@Marc Rice I already checked the directory and no realtors for anchorage specifically are listed on BP and while I could go to google, I’d prefer recommendations from other investors which is why I asked in the local sub forum.

You can look for one in our directory under the "network" tab.

I bet that if you text or call a few of the agents you know (or if you contact a few in our investor-friendly agent directory here) that they will get back to you promptly and you will be glad you worked with an agent rather than trying to close a property on your own.
