Hey has anybody ordered windows direct from China?

Real estate syndication investing is still quite valuable as it can offer higher Returns than investing in public REITs but not as high returns as direct ownership and management of real estate by some experienced people, but with the benefit of being far more passive, than direct ownership/management. 

I contacted support and apparently, my account had its email changed without me knowing and I lost all the money I had in the account, somewhere around $1000.

Several ways to skin that cat  ;)    With the DSCR lender, you could close directly in your LLC and it would not report to credit.

If we include investments in mortgage loans (trust deeds), real estate partnerships, REITs as well as direct property ownership, I’m at about 80%.
