It looks great - warm and modern.  

I think part of that is they keep the facility in good shape in part by restricting what people can do to it.I can see getting dinged for a crappy looking thermostat, but as long as the place gets warm when you turn it up, I think they'll be happy.

I was a warm body in a model home selling spec homes in what turned out to be, in retrospect, a really crazy real estate environment.

If it gets warm enough, I'll buy in Canada where the frozen tundra will be farmable.

because my wife decided she likes warm weather....I'm still waiting for my latest out of state investment to close and frustrated because I'm trying to get a loan -- the seller is dragging out the transaction for 2 1/2 months so I have to keep sending the underwriter statements and then documentation for every large deposit or withdrawal.  

You might be surprised how many contacts you can make -- and people have proven to be generally warm about sharing ideas and their strategies. 8) (And this is really #1): Figure out the location of the property and your max bid value before you go.
