I would love to see a state wide MLS but I am not sure if the computers are big enough out here in the west to handle that many counties and cities etc in one MLS system. in oregon there is probably 5 to 7 different MLS systems.

I would have used a servicer at the outset but the one I contacted (just after signing the contract) said their computer system was set up for percentage late fees, not set dollar amounts (as mine is - per the attorney), so they couldn't take it.Let this be a lesson to others.

When we decide to switch companies (we just did this), we formally evict our "employer" from the building on the same Friday we quit, and the branch remains physically in place with new signage up, new phones, new computers, lease signed with new employer, et cetera, on Monday. 

With no desktop version, it wasn't good enough to keep me on as a user.

They don't like heat, which is why many computers have fans.

I should add that any PPE (property, plant equipment) i.e. real estate, computers, office furniture, vehicles, etc etc would be in addition to the 2-3x SDE if the whole business is sold.
