Because it's my money, I care more (I get 92% of the revenue, PM only 8%, and PM team member near 0%), I only had my units to manage (PM team member has other owners and units), and, with humility, I am smarter and harder working than the team members assigned to my portfolio (3rd party PM has to hire at a level that makes the business model financially work for them).

Most institutions are opposed to bitcoin since it a) competes with their business model, and b) they haven't figured out how to make money off of it yet.But most importantly, why would any investor accept payment in a currency that has such high fluctuation?

If the complainer can't smell it in their apartment, but, are uptight enough to be bothered by the passing smell in the hallway...it may not be the smoker that has the problem.I have found that complainers/boat rockers are often wound a bit to tight, and that when you are a highly responsive empathetic landlord, they turn you in to their own personal karma delivery machine, to right all the wrongs that previously fallen on deaf ears.Good luck.
