My professional background is data science / analytics, which means analyzing cash flows will probably come more naturally than building relationships, which apparently, is how one finds deals worth making.Are there meetups in these areas I should attend (digitally at first, presumably)? 

The two are almost entirely different markets in terms of price points, returns, tenant quality, and overall investing strategy.

By all measures this strategy is far superior to what all the BRRR/DSCR/Poor Dad Rich Dad folk do.

My primary strategy is Fix and Flip, and I bring a DIY attitude to every project.

If anyone has any other suggestions about alternative strategies in the area that could facilitate cashflow, Id be all ears.
