It has taken four months.Unfortunately, when probate is involved, the process can absolutely drag out.

We have created work instructions for every step of the process so we can maintain consistency in how we evaluate properties, communicate with tenants, market our properties, handle rent increases, manage property turnover, etc.....

The pitfall potentials are many, and most speak back to neglect in process.

That kitchen looks good but needs more stuff so families can cook and eat there.I think you guy look good in the photos, but it can be a turn off to prospective guests so I would remove those.

Always get multiple lenders working for you in the due diligence process!

You need to trust the process and fully immerse yourself in the realm of real estate investing.
