I sent an invite to a prospective applicant that qualified and Looked high and low for the invite form with some additional notes to the applicant only to find out that it is not even on the platform at all, anywhere but in an email confirmation I received.

He said the house had looked way better before the current contractor started, which was confirmed by neighbors and other people who had seen the house.

However, no one at PennyMac was able to provide documentation nor were they able to confirm that our monthly payment would remain the same after transferring to the LLC.  

More often than not they fess up and kind of confirm they don't meet requirements if that is the case.  

At least you confirm the people are real. 

Told me the violation wasn't corrected in the 30 days required timeframe (yes you are correct, the repairs were done in time but they didn't come out to confirm). 

It has a value of approximately $120k, to be confirmed with an appraiser yet. 

There is more than enough click bait and one sided information out there for confirmation bias. 

When I DM'd you, asking if you would put my mind at rest by simply confirming you own the asset, your response was, "I don't owe her a response about anything on my website nor do I have to prove anything lol".
