I’m considering purchasing five units in an eight-unit light industrial property structured as a condominium.

The Rental Owners Association of Lane County has a membership of over 1,300+ rental owners, representing over 20,000 rental units(from single family to multi-story complexes).

Admittedly, my approach to these questions was more along the lines of a conversation I would have with a lawyer representing the party on the other side of the deal but much to Clayton's credit, the seeming complexity of it didn't get in the way of what was his genuine desire to make a deal that would be fair to -- and on terms that would be agreeable to -- both of us.

They should become like current-day travel agents: far fewer than pre-Priceline, but well-compensated for arranging high-dollar, complex trips.

Building a Phase 1-5 messaging campaign is the easy part.I'd recommend you build this yourself, so you can see what's working and what's not, and improve it over time with added features, automations, and complexity.
