If you don't have capital, lend your time to help those that have that experience and perhaps help them with a variety of tasks including raising capital, finding deals, etc.Places to learn and network:1) BP (of course), books on syndication from practitioners, networking at MF meetup groups to start then branch into areas you are interested that will increase your chances of learning and networking w/the right groups...etc.2) Legal / courses and conferences on syndication, MF investing, etc. 

An experienced practitioner in your local area would be the ultimate resource to spend time with strategizing.

So if you are looking to really jump in and want to put some money behind it, its a great option on how to become a commercial practitioner.

I don't know if it is because they see it a threat to their business because they have contractually, as an Infinite Banking practitioner, to sell exclusively WL, even when IUL today make more sense.

I have never received a letter from a local practitioner of any kind. 

Many short sale practitioners won't come outta pocket, or want to take possession of purchased personal property.
