Within those cities, I am targeting assets in central business districts (CBDs) and popular entertainment areas where large amounts of people congregate daily. 

Its a difficult and costly process, but usually lead to high returns if done correctly.Im in Central FL, so this is from my experience.

Find a centralized place to keep track of information you know about interested parties and can make sure you are moving them forward through the process.Good luck!

This is very much a driving destination and we get visitors from several different states because it is centrally located and most of them can be here in a half day drive.
