I was a carpenter and now work in commercial construction, so I'm no newb but I cam curious to know more about the challenges in building form scratch. 

The land cam be used for commerical or residential.

We set up a critter cam to see if we could catch an illegal dumper on film, but it didn't work.We have one tenant who is into ecology.

Strip malls are different than absolute NNN single building properties.The strip mall even absolute NNN you have base rent per sq ft and then the CAM re-imbursement.

More tenants, though, mean more differences in what CAM is paid.I’ve done the STNL and I prefer the strip malls.

Owning it for four months would be too short a time unless you bought it with the intention of holding it and something unexpected cam up that made you change your mind (too many repairs, bad area, wildlife breaking into your dumpster every night).The 1031 exchange qualifications  are the same.

The property has no internet so I cannot get the cam and see what is going on there.

What about something like a deer cam?

The live cam industry growing and can be lucrative.
