I wouldn't be so broad with your criteria. if I was looking in Texas it would be Dallas, Houston, Austin. top 3 markets. in florida we do miami, in ohio we do columbus. those are the #1 net migration cities and we focus in the urban core where migrations tend to be for younger population who have the purchasing power to rent or buy. 

Secondly, as others have mentioned, your questions are quite broad but this is probably because you're very early on in your journey. 

Communication is a key aspect in sales, but can be applied more broadly.  

I’ve used both platforms you mentioned and they seem to be at opposite ends of the rental spectrum and see what you mean.

I imagine these are on the low and high ends of the spectrum around much of the country, assuming you can find a small shop that does their own fabrication.

I'm not sure if you're looking for broad info across many or deep info on a single property.

Instantly I can tell the hottest markets from the normal and cold ones, and separately determine which one's I am priced out of due to crazy high values.I'd suggest a similar value-based approach if you have the data to calculate on to identify a few markets to start looking for deals in, but remember this is still too broad of analysis to make a go/no-go decision on the projects you find.
