We took the "five generation photo" once again for this holiday (my wife's great grandmother is 96) and we don't for one second take that for granted.We all had a big laugh because my wife's sister made the "dressing" side dish by following great grandmother's recipe...which was written down wrong...1/4 cup thyme and 1/4 cup sage...yuck.

The dress code thing is a good point.Another point is your presentation, it is how you present to your client that would make them remember you.In saying this, you have to gauge your client's personality so you can use the proper approach and nail your presentation.In general people tend to forget facts but will remember how they feel about it.
