My bank continues to increase my financing capacity at a reasonable rate, and my banker and realtor had watched me grow up that they serves as my feedback wall to bounce my sometimes crazy ideas off of.

I would be more than happy to see if I could somehow add some value to someone near me to bounce ideas off of and simply soak up as much as I can in exchange for whatever I may be able to assist in so that I can start taking action in a dedicated direction.

This would require some great UX and design to communicate to customers effectively and avoid a high bounce rate but it isn't impossible.

(Montgomery, Fairfax Arlington Counties) Sure prices dropped and bounced back in those areas....but when you go over to PG County, they are nowhere close to having recovered from the market crash while the other areas in general are back to 2006 levels.
