Abandon boarded up houses graffiti on stores open drug deals in broad daylight , shootings and everyone has a bottle of booze in their hand .

My block is lined with people, and 3 young men had just walked up to my door with a bottle of liquor in hand.

I had this vacant that just wouldnt move and got terrible feedback until I rented some furniture from a rental place (for 3 ms - $1400), and then I came in and put up some paintings (from home), set up a a bottle of wine with some glasses, put some flowers out, candles...etc.

They have "sniffers" that can detect very small leaks.Mix dish soap and water in a spray bottle.

The amount of Bluetooth enabled socks/wine bottles/water bottles and completely useless items are sitting in nightstands and the bottom of closets.

Some folks might operate differently or offer unique touches though, which is where a checklist might be helpful - things like wine on the DR table, bottled water on nightstands, coffee & creamers available...To get better performance and be on the same page, I also think it's important that you share the "why" behind some of your requests or feedback along with your overall vision and have them understand their role in accomplishing that vision or mission.

In my opinion, it's no coincidence that they can charge $5 for a bottle of water and get people to stay customers for life.

Austin REIA is set up such that the "free" portion is a short teaser at the beginning of the meeting, ( which you will be told you can only attend free once)then, to see the presentation they advertised, you get the slick and smarmy enticement as though you were being invited to the champagne room or buying bottle service in Vegas. 

. ;)My tenant flushed a plastic bottle, about 4-5" long, about 1-2" in diameter down the toilet and clogged it. 

Time to pop a bottle!!!
