@Yuttana Chawengsub If you have an agent that is an investor you're golden...my normal process would be to run a comp report in RPR and Core Logic...pull historic MLS records, review auditor data...and essentially any other data to assemble a clear picture of the property...then we start to talk through analysis...based on investor need of course....pretty simple stuff, generally.

Question for other investors out there.. have you ever (personally) contacted the county auditor and worked with them to get your building valued lowered to get a lower tax bill? 

Prior to working in the real estate industry I spent four years in China performing business development for imported wine companies and one year at a big four accounting firm as an auditor. 

I served for a few years as a Township Auditor.

I currently use a google sheet to keep track of all the addresses this way I can update from my phone then mail merge to a google docs letter template once I fill out owner info from auditors site ( I may have a VA do this filling in of data once I figure out the best process). 

Personally I'd have a tough time saying that to an IRS auditor.

The auditor in Cincinnati sent us a tax lien certificate with an amount good through 1/15/23.
