I am not sure how to estimate renovation cost as I/GC will need architectural drawing to determine SOW.

I want to compare the architecture/quality/style of renovations and builds here in CA vs NJ.

I build in NJ and I see that the architecture here as well as the amount of building here is very different than in NJ.
