I believe this is against Amendment X of the Colorado Constitution, otherwise known as the Colorado Taxpayer Bill of Rights which reads ‘ 4) Required elections.

One final thing to beware of is that once a law is in place, it's much easier for them to make additional restrictive amendments to that law.

Just so you know, if you filed your prior year tax incorrectly, you can always amend the return to take full advantage of the deduction you missed.

She still wont sign.. title company now wants an amended order from the judge which was another legal bill. and the title company wanted 90 days to pass to give the lady a chance to appeal.. that all pass's and we finally close Lady never did sign .. and title company just fed exed her proceeds check to her.. we then had to evict her that took another 6 months in Portland.. and after all of that we demo's the house.. but we had 3 lots underneath it and now there are 3 new constructions there.. 

If the occupant goes this route , I would immediately as the judge to amend and drop any $$$ and just award possession The person on the lease should be included as they are the only one with an obligation to pay you.

@Andrew Royce, condos are nice, but what do you do if the bylaws get amended to prohibit rentals?

I’m thinking about asking for all contracts, amendments and disclosures be redone in their personal name and asking for a lien waiver from the LLC.
