In 2021, I successfully launched an Airbnb, thanks in large part to the amazing advice and support I received from this community.

These people are built to value add deals, you would have to look hard for these people in your market and probably pay them top end pricing to get your properties performing amazingly well!  

But I'm amazed that you were able to stream on 5 total devices with only 15 mbps.
