I know I did and once I got out of it ( young and kind of dumb) by the time I was about 30.. never again will I use them for anything except for paying for stuff to get Airline miles and hotel points then pay them off monthly ..

By the way, that could turn out to be a pretty sweet deal if you use an airline/cash back rewards card!

It is also tied to an airline mileage plan, so we reward ourselves often with free airline tickets!

Enforcing the lease and abiding by all laws both parties are obligated to comply with.The best way I can think of it is since I came from the Airline industry as a pilot, people don't pay for the easy no brainer flight from A-B, they pay the pilot alot of money for the scnario when your flying across the Atlantic ocean in a snow storm and you lose an engine and have to decided where to land and how to put the engine fire out and deal with the emergency, thats when people would pay any amount to the pilot. 

What about the points that buy airline tickets? 

Big apartment complexes, like airlines, hotels and car rental companies, change rents every day based on demand forecasts. 

I'm an airline pilot and I can hook you and your family up with some free tickets to a nice beach vacation down here in Florida where my family lives.

I've worked on Frontier Airlines, Einstein Bagels, Manhattan Bagels, and I've even done some work in conjunction with the Denver Broncos.  

I actually wanted to be an airline pilot and was taking lessons at 17 to 18 but in the day it was too long of a wait to get hired.. my first year in the business in 1975/76  I made almost 50k as an 18 to 19 year old.. that was darn near an executive salary and never looked back.I focused on buying my primary residences before rentals never really liked rentals.. 

My brother was an aircraft mechanic, my dad was a military and airline pilot, and I'm a CFI.
