congrats on the Naca program I have sold a  handful of my OREO to Naca buyers.. its a great program takes some resolve to go through their initiation process. 

@Les Jean-Pierre Had Section 8 tenants and got a bunch of energy upgrades through a state program.

There is a local loan program, I believe it is called the MCT loan. 

Note I have no affiliation with them except I use them and they have provided me a great VA.

If there’s physical damage dishwasher goes out 3 times in one year like it has in the program I work at the company pays the first $500 towards repairs or the new one.

Best thing is to call the housing authority that manages the voucher program in your city/county.

It is a 4 month program for $8000.
