I was accused by section 8 for discrimination if I do not fix these problems and do not rent the house to this tenant.

I was accused once as a landlord of making my decision based on race and I just don’t need the hassle. 

I am just trying to clear the record of your accusations toward me advising illegal activity which is WRONG! 

It needs to be written down so you can objectively look at each potential tenant and defend yourself if you are ever accused of bias or discrimination (the illegal kind).

Then she can't accuse you of not returning deposit.

The best thing do though is to be open and honest with your lenders, the last thing you want is to be accused of mortgage fraud.

Start the conversation by saying "I am not taking sides, but you are accused of this, there is a restraining order, therefore you cannot return to the property and I am sure you don't want to anyways."
