my advice is start without the systems.....I started with code violations list (free).....then wrote yellow letters by hand (like $5 with envelopes from walmart).....then i had to trust the process......i started from the ground up now i can appreciate the systems etc

You can have Walmart where price is the main thing or you can have Nordstroms where service and product are the main thing.

I searched online on home depot, walmart, called some branded companies so they can help guide my search.

I would try different areas of real state but with my job working for Walmart Private Fleet I am home only two days a week.

Everything else I need comes from Wal Mart. 

I work at Walmart and barely make 25k/yr, so I'm looking more into creative finance at the moment.
