There is unfortunately a lot of issues going on in the DSCR Secondary Markets with regards to PadSplits right now - Wall Street is insistent on considering them SRO/Boarding Houses and are pulling back making financing these (if theres any sort of alteration at all) very challenging at the moment Thank you for that information!

Settling is common and you often don't do anything with older properties unless the foundation walls are coming in. 

If they want to use it as a bedroom, they can do so even with the open wall.

We also had to replace two rotten walls and some rotten floor joist and subfloor.

Dark stain with contrasting white walls could look nice but so does the light bright and airy look.

They seem mostly suited for off-site wall segments production and I have to wonder about the economic viability in real-world projects.

If I were to choose between those two for those walls, I would go with Alabaster, which is slightly warmer and darker.

Make sure you and your contractor get the right permits but all you have to do is add temporarily walls to where you want to section off.
