What is it constructed from   I assume its something like (2) layers GWB on metal channel on joists or trusses at 16" on center w/ 3/4" floor sheathing and 1" gypcrete and insulation. 

The framing has a short truss at the head of each staircase opening so I can't slant the headroom.

I stood away from providence because the taxes are insane.

We can't get roof trusses within 4 months for example. 

I ended up working with @Zeke Liston because ( There are many reason but this one stood out to me the most) there was this one time he went out of his way to check out a house for me in the middle of a Saturday afternoon because I had a lot of interest.

Also the word “debt” stood out to me.

If has stood for this long, I expect they will outlast me

Stood in the kitchen and rattled off a couple things he found at the end of the inspection, whereas my preferred guy will walk you around the house and point things out.

Hi friendsI’m having a tough time finding an online new construction house plans WITH a materials list.I completely understand they can’t provide 100% mats for say foundations roofing trusses etc.

But I flat guarantee that house stood a very good chance to get stripped over the years rent collection an on going nightmare etc etc..
