Well if I had unlimited VA's I would have them start typing on unlimited keyboards until one of them wrote the worlds best screenplay or book, which I would then have published and sell the movie and toy rights :)

However, after chatting for a bit the PM mentioned an owner of a 16 unit portfolio that the owner was toying with selling.

Good morning,   Borrowing money is a good way to obtain properties faster than you normally would be able to. yes you would have to pay a mortgage on the property but if the property is right, it can still cash flow for you even though it is financed.

The event was for charity (Brashear Association Toy Drive) so we did not want to turn willing donations away but we had no choice when the chairs were gone.

They agreed to "Y" which is 35K less than I wanted to list it for.

If you are looking for assets in OH, MI, and some other states in the mid west, the answer would be closer to yes.
