I understand that a flashy title can get someone's attention and there is value to that, but I think substance is what is far more important.I think the same holds true for investors.

I had to wipe down the walls before I could paint, because the oily substance was dripping down.

The floors and lower walls look to be sprayed with a white substance (similar to what I've seen in a mold remediation).

I have used several that I have hired from elance and other sites...I always end up tweaking and adding real substance due to the articles being vauge, with little to no reacearch or experience going into the end result...

You need to get an exterminator, or use the treatment an exterminator uses (which I think includes covering the carpet with some substance that kills the eggs).

From what I’ve seen I see a guy who swears a lot, says things like “always be hustling” and usually throws around big metrics like 100M or a billion dollars without actually providing much actual substance.
