I'm looking to do some statistical computing to analyze pricing patterns, demand metrics, bubble risk, etc.Most of the data sets I see out there are either limited in observation or are just downright messy.

we use podio for our wholesale biz in philly, and its great for keeping track of leads, but im having trouble tracking sales statistics, like close rate, offer rate, and conversions, especially for monthly statisticshas anyone had any luck with this or know anyone that can help??

People can throw in statistics all day long to support their point of view.

All of this nonsense about the 1% paying their "fair share" is red meat fodder for votes, but defies what the actual statistics say.
