Because I, a real estate Broker, can call that bank, say were in listing contract, put this on hold for ____ days and I will have it live on MLS and get it sold and gone to cover things, and guess what the bank does, they work with me because I am legit and with a rock-star track record of getting s#it done. 

Like if a property has a long string of 3 or 4 star reviews mention bad cleaning, do you make any adjustments to assume that they house would make more if it had a better cleaning crew?

The building quality is 5-6 star.

I am across from the new Windsor Cay resort in Cagans Crossing for reference, and I have a nice place with all 5 star reviews.

UPDATE -I didn't get a top % even though my lowest rating on my properties are 4.96 and 5 star but I have seen others with the "top 5%" or "top 10%" of listings.Wondering if any of yours have populated yet?

They even ask me to look up my own credit score ("exceptional" FICO 8).0 stars.
