(talk to your CPA/tax professional for more information)- You can request a pack-and-play for your room if needed. - There is an awesome playroom (great for littles) and an arcade (great for kids and adults alike).- There are also childcare options on-site as well, which can be booked via the resort. 

I buy the 4-pack of 9V from Harbor Freight for $1.99 when they're on sale from time to time. 

Pack up all your stuff in pods/self storage/whatever.

You may have the tenant on a technicality in that they didn't report the broken disposal and can't claim they didn't have time since they had time to pack their belongings and move out.

I provide a small pack of dishwasher detergent and a small bottle of dish soap.
